All on‐site services under a CONTRACT are billed at a rate of either $130, $120, $110, $99, $89, or $79 per hour depending on term signed. Contracts are per quarter and are charged monthly.

On‐site work will be billed in hourly increments and remote support will be billed in half‐hour increments. A minimum of one on site visit is required for all contracts. Some on‐site set up may be required to enable remote support.

Payment is due according to the following schedule:
• Payment is due at the time the contract is signed for the first month. Payment will be automated for the remainder of the quarter.
• Contracts are only payable by check.

Any client not wishing to purchase a CONTRACT, or are working outside of a current contract, can receive work at the rate of $140 an hour payable by Credit Card or Check

*Advanced services may require additional pre‐approved billable time. Emergency Services, defined as services provided outside of regular business hours, 8 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday, are billed at twice the regular rate. The performing Technician ultimately determines all services covered in the Service Contract.
